*     What are your opening times?
       Our office is open Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm (excludes Bank Holidays).

*     How quickly my order will be dispatched?
       Our delivery days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
       All items are handmade to order and sent from the UK.
       Order processing time - 1-3 business days.

*    How long does shipping take?
      UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery and the estimated delivery time is between 1-3 working days
      International orders are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks. Delivery times may be affected by the customs procedures of the destination area.
      Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for international deliveries, especially during busier periods. 

       Kendall de la Verne is not responsible for paying any customs fee due to the fact that they may vary from country to country.

*    How do I know that my order has been dispatched?
      You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. 
 
*    What if I have a problem with my order?
      Please contact us by telephone or email and we’ll help you to sort it out.

*   What if my order hasn’t turn up?
     If you do not receive your item within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support for further assistance on the delivery of   your item.

*   What if my goods are damaged?
     Please let us know as soon as you receive your goods. Email us a clear photo of the damaged item to support@kendalldelaverne.co.uk 

     All validated claims will be dealt with and we will either send you a replacement or issue you with a   full refund.
